Pro & Business — how seats and aliases work

Employee seats are real people. When you connect a custom domain, Mymail includes a fixed set of business aliases. Those do not use an employee seat. Admins assign each alias; employees switch automatically. New aliases are not self-serve — contact support. Storage is one shared pool for the organization.
