Up and running in three steps
No extra providers. You create your address with Mymail and open it in the browser, Windows app, or Android beta.
- Create your account — Pick a username and password. You get you@mymail.krd right away. Add a recovery email in Settings so you can reset later.
- Open your mail — Go to mymail.krd/mail in any browser, install the Windows app, or download the Android APK — same email and password. Use the left rail for Cloud, Calendar, Contacts, and PDF. On sign-in in the browser, leave Keep me logged in on if you want to stay signed in after closing the tab.
- Send — including encrypted Mymail mail — Use inbox, compose, folders, and spam tools like any modern mail client. When both sides are @mymail.krd, body, subject, and attachments can encrypt on your device automatically.
Everything new — how to use each tool
Short guides for encrypted Cloud, Calendar, and Contacts, PDF tools, encryption, fingerprints, App lock, recovery, and more. Details also in the FAQ and Privacy policy.
Encrypted Cloud (Pro & Business)
In browser mail (mymail.krd/mail), use the left suite rail → Cloud. File names and contents encrypt on your device with the same keys as Mymail-to-Mymail mail, then upload. Mymail stores ciphertext and cannot read them. Open a PDF from Cloud to edit it in the suite.
Encrypted Calendar (Pro & Business)
In browser mail, use the left suite rail → Calendar. Events encrypt on your device with the same keys as mail. Mymail stores ciphertext and cannot read them. Add events from the month view or edit from the day and upcoming lists.
Encrypted Contacts (Pro & Business)
In browser mail, use the left suite rail → Contacts to manage an address book that encrypts on your device with the same mail keys. When composing, type in To or Cc — matching contacts come from the decrypted book on this device, not from a server-side search.
PDF tools
Open a PDF from encrypted Cloud. Edit it in the suite. When you save, the file encrypts again before it returns to Cloud.
End-to-end Mymail → Mymail
Send from one @mymail.krd address to another in the browser, Windows app, or Android app. When keys are ready, the body, subject, and attachments encrypt on your device before send — automatically. Mail to Gmail, Outlook, and other outside domains stays normal email.
Encryption password (optional)
Settings → End-to-end encryption. By default your key backup uses your account password. You can set a separate Encryption password so resetting mailbox login does not unlock old encrypted mail, Cloud files, Contacts, or Calendar. If you forget that password, older encrypted mail, Cloud files, Contacts, and Calendar may stay unreadable.
Key fingerprint
Settings → End-to-end encryption shows your short public-key code (not a fingerprint sensor). Optionally look up another @mymail.krd address there and compare codes in person or on a call. Send never asks for this.
App lock
Settings → App lock. Add a PIN (biometrics on Android). That protects the client on this device — and in the browser/Windows app PIN-wraps local keys while locked. It is not a second gate every time you open an encrypted message after unlock.
Keep me logged in (browser)
On sign-in, leave Keep me logged in checked so closing the phone browser does not sign you out. Turn it off only if you want a one-session login.
Sign out cleans local keys
Signing out or removing an account removes that address’s encryption keys from this device. The password-wrapped backup on Mymail stays so you can unlock again after signing back in.
Browser, Windows, and Android
Everyday use: open mymail.krd/mail, install the Windows app from the Download page, or download the Android beta APK — same account. On iPhone, use Safari → Add to Home Screen.
Recovery email
Settings → Recovery email. Add a different inbox (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), verify the code, then use Forgot password if you get locked out.
Multiple accounts
Add more than one @mymail.krd address in Settings / accounts, then switch when you read or send.
Spam tools & push
Report spam, block or trust senders, and unsubscribe where available. On Android, turn on notifications in Settings for new-mail alerts.
