## Being created

### Custom domains for Pro & Business
Connect your domain, then use it for employee addresses and included business aliases.

### Business aliases (fixed set)
Included role inboxes such as support@, billing@, info@, and sales@ on your domain. You cannot invent new aliases yourself — contact support if you need a change.

### Admin alias assignment
Dashboard: admin grants a role inbox to an employee. That person switches to it automatically — no separate “add account” for support@.

### Org shared mailbox quotas
Pro and Business plan quotas as one shared pool for the org (e.g. Pro 50 GB). If one employee uses 30 GB, 20 GB remains for everyone else on that plan.

### Live Stripe billing
Checkout and customer portal are coded; go-live when Stripe keys are enabled on the API.
